Deluxe 3 Crank Manual Bed is a hospital mechanical bed with three cranks. It’s specially designed with 3/4 type split side rails and with angle indicator in the side rails of backrest. HOPEFULL MANUAL SCREW SYSTEM

“Double direction to the position and no ultimate” screw system, equipped with seamless steel tube totally enclosed structure and special “copper nut” inside to make sure it is silent, durable, so as to extend bed’s using life.

CRANK HANDLE

The crank handle using humanized design, elliptic shape with grooves ensure the perfect hand feeling; ABS injection molding with quality steel bar inside to make it more durable and difficult to be broken.

MATTRESS PLATFORM

4-section heavy duty one-time stamped steel mattress platform with electrophoresis and powder coated, designed with ventilating holes and anti-skid grooves, smooth and seamless four corners. Backrest auto-regression extends pelvic area and avoids friction and shear force on the back.

3/4 TYPE SPLIT SIDE RAILS

Blow molding designed, with independent head section; ensure patient safety while allowing access.

SIDE RAIL SWITCH HANLE

Split side rail is released with soft drop function supported by gas springs, rapid self-lowering mechanism allowing for quick access to patients.

BACKREST ANGLE DISPLAY

Angle displays are built in the dual side rail of the back board. It’s very convenient to locate the angles of backrest.

BUMPER & HEAD/FOOT PANEL

Bumper is designed in two sides of the head/foot panel to provide protection from hitting.

BED ENDS LOCK

Head and foot panel simple lock make the head/foot panel extremely firm and easily removable.

CENTRAL BRAKING SYSTEM

Stainless steel central braking pedal is located at the bed end. Ø125mm twin wheel castors with self-lubricating bearing inside, enhance the safety and load bearing capacity, maintenance – free.

HOPEFULL hospital bed is completely self-made by our own factory. The assembly workshop has advanced assembly line equipment, two self-developed and mature assembly lines A and B, which implement standardized assembly and inspection to ensure high efficiency and high quality. At present, the daily output is more than 300 sets, and the annual production capacity is 120,000 sets. Sufficient production capacity ensures timely and rapid meeting of customer needs.
